Alltech, one of the world's leading animal health companies, was founded in 1980 in Kentucky by Dr Pearse Lyons, a scientist, who envisaged using natural yeast fermentation and natural enzyme technology as the driving force for providing new alternative technologies for the animal feed industry. From a turnover of one million dollars in the first year of operation, the company has taken commanding positions in the food and feed sector. Today, with offices in 85 countries, Alltech is growing at a rate of 20% per annum and has a current turnover in excess of USD 300 million.

The World Games 2010 Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit corporation established to oversee the production of the 2010 FEI Games™.

"Seeing equestrian sport performed at its pinnacle, against the backdrop of the Kentucky Horse Park, enhanced by the backing of Alltech's international reputation in the field of animal health and performance, will be a great inspiration,' the FEI President declared.
